Whether you're caring for a child with unique health challenges or balancing your own medical and mental health needs, this event offers valuable resources and open discussions on how to strengthen your community network. Group Activities and Topics to be covered include: • Navigating community resources: Learn about public transportation, safe living spaces, and mental health and community-based support services. • Mental wellness strategies: Coping techniques and education on maintaining psychological well-being. • Building a parent-to-parent support system: Share your experience and expertise to help others in dealing with challenges and struggles.
