Executive Director

Patti Mitchell brings a real passion for nonprofit dedication combined with community relationships and development solutions. A Member of the Cherokee Nation, she holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, and experienced in developing, diversifying, and leading nonprofit organizations, business relations, opportunity initiatives and capacity building. Patti enjoys time with husband of 40 years, family, friends, plus adventures with her favorite only grandchild, thoughtless fishing, traveling with no agenda, and extreme white-water thrills. “I’d like to think I work at Kelly B Todd, but truly I work for the children who receive our services. Because I know, the difference we make – makes all the difference.”

Chief Financial Officer

John Engelbrecht combines a passion for financial management with a dedication to community involvement as the Chief Financial Officer at Kelly B Todd. Born and raised in Muskogee, He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Oklahoma State University in 2013 and his master’s degree from Northeastern State University in 2017. Living in Muskogee with his husband and three dogs, he enjoys camping, OSU football, and engaging in local community activities. Reflecting on his role, John shares, "I am thrilled to bring my skills to Kelly B Todd, ensuring we meet our financial goals and uphold our mission. The impact we make on the children’s lives is what drives me every day.”

Patient Resource Specialist

Megan Stevenson is the dedicated Patient Resource Specialist at Kelly B. Todd. Raised in the close-knit community of Braggs, Oklahoma, Megan brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background in healthcare to her role. Known as a champion for every child who enters the center, she makes it her daily mission to ensure each patient feels welcome and valued. Her remarkable ability to remember every patient's name is a testament to her commitment and personal touch. Outside of her professional life, Megan enjoys spending her weekends on the lake or riding motorcycles, embracing the adventure and freedom they offer. As Megan likes to say, "A sticker a day keeps the tears away!"
