Director Occupational Therapy

Caitlin Hoagland love for curiosity and creativity lends itself to individualized interventions to help children overcome barriers to participation in their important occupations of play, education, self-care, and social connection. By addressing skill-building in hand motor control, visual perception, sensory processing, and cognition, Caitlan implements task and environmental situations, providing education on modifications that increase successful performance. Originally from Tulsa and she graduated from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Tulsa with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She joined Kelly B Todd in 2017, promoted to Director of the Department in 2024, and plans to grow with Kelly B Todd and the community of Muskogee in bridging gaps children with disabilities may experience as they transition into adulthood.

Sheridan

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Sheridan Holifield serves Kelly B Todd as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Joining the team in 2022, she brings a solid background in Occupational Therapy experience. She has an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy she received from Brown Mackie College. Being originally from Muskogee and where she currently still resides. She is married to a local firefighter, and they have two precious daughters, and all are active church members at Muskogee Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Sheridan loves all things outdoors such as mountain biking, camping, and hiking. She also has a great affection for arts and crafts and spending time with her family. Her passion is to work with children and their families to assist them in overcoming challenges, improve growth and participation at home and in school, nurture social awareness, fine-motor coordination and play skills!
